accused of perjury to help set up her daughter's ex-husband
to help have him held in custody


  In an independent report handed to the Honourable Justice Blaxell in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, at the proposed sentencing hearing of Ali Rachid Ammoun, Pamela Kepic was accused of deliberately providing false and misleading statements and evidence to the Western Australian Police, to well known  prosecutor David Dempster of the Western Australian Director of Public Prosecutions and the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
  The report recommends that  the charges which Ali Rachid Ammoun has been found guilty of that relate to Pamela Kepic and her daughter, should be set aside and or stayed,  and that Pamela Kepic should be immediately arrested on perjury charges.
  During the hearing well known WA barrister Laurie Levy, of Laurie Levy & Associates, Barristers & Solicitors, had to announce he had been sacked by his client Ali Rachid Ammoun, who now has decided to represent himself, so that he can bring out all the truth that his lawyers and the prosecution did not bring out at his trial, at which, even though he is not good with English, did not have a translator throughout the trial to explain the proceedings to him.
  The Honourable Justice Peter Blaxell decided to adjourn the sentencing hearing after reading the independant report, and to then adjourn the case of Ali Rachid Ammoun to a status conference on the 22 May 2008.

your reporting seems to be biased against the accused Ali Rachid Ammoun and you have failed to report what happened at the hearing on the 24th April 2008, when you and all the other media were there to see for yourselves to report a prepared damaging report against the accused Ali Rachid Ammoun, where there is a completely other side of the story which you seem not interested in, which shows that the prosecution, the defense lawyer for Ali Rachid Ammoun who was paid $150,000 to defend him, the Western Australian Police and the prosecutions witnesses all conspired together to pervert the course of justice by providing false and misleading information and not even allowing the accused to have an interpreter when his English is not very good.
You and the rest of the media where all there as a hanging media group, but when the sentencing did not go ahead because this damaging report was filed with the Trial Judge the Honourable Justice Peter Blaxell
